Buko Pie is a traditional Filipino baked young - coconut custard pie.
It is considered a specialty in the City of Los Banos Laguna

INGREDIENTS
Crust
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of butter
1 to 2 table spoon ice cold water
2 egg yolk
Filling
2 cups of coconut meat
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
