My Blueberry Cheesecake Cupcakes


 After  I chilled it overnight inside a refrigerator .
this is the result.


Now ready to put toppings!
 I'm not good in decorating cupcakes...
 but i think it 's fine!
 because i don't have any training in
baking industry.
.hopefully someday i can perfectly decorate all my cupcakes...




Caramel & Chocolate Cupcakes


Bake your own cupcakes and give it to your love one's, is the best gift that you can give to them. Because when you are baking you prepared it with love and care...
For those who want sweet and moist cupcakes here are the recipes:


INGREDIENTS

Caramel Cupcakes

1 cup butter unsalted at room temperature
1 cup unrefined light muscovado sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 cup self -raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
For toppings: ready made caramel frosting

      Chocolate Moist Cupcakes

2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all- purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
For topping: ready made chocolate icing

* Preheated oven to 350 Fahrenheit
3-5 minutes

Red Velvet Cupcakes


Is a cake with either a dark red, bright red or red brown color. It is traditionally prepared as a layer cake topped with cream cheese or cooked roux icing.

This is how it will look like once you remove it in the oven.


You can put cream cheese frosting on top


or sprinkle on top to be more attractive.


INGREDIENTS

For cupcakes
12 tbsp unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted
4 tbsp no taste food coloring
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups whole milk
3 1/4 cups all - purpose flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
For Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting
6 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
4 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 cups confectioner sugar
flower icing sprinkle (optional)

* Preheated the oven to 350 Fahrenheit
3-5 minutes
