Ube Macapuno Cake

Ube Macapuno Cake is one of my favorite desserts. Before, I only buy it in Red Ribbon Bake Shop, but now, I can bake my own whenever I want one. 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 butter

1/2 cups of sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup of milk

2 tbsp ube flavor

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp ube yum

For the Icing

1 cup unsalted butter

1 tbsp ube yum

2 cups powder sugar

1tsp vanilla

macapuno for toppings

Preheat oven to 350 F

Cooking Time: 20 - 25 minutes
