T-shirt Chocolate Fondant Cake

I made this cake for my hubby!


INGREDIENTS

Fondant

450 g Marshmallows
1 kilo icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 -5 tbsp of water
Crisco shortening

How to Make Fondant Marshmallow from Cookies and Cupcakes Cardio

Chocolate Cake

2 cups of sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
3/4 Hershey cocoa powder
1 tbsp of vanilla
1 cup of milk
1 cup boiling water with 1 tsp of instant coffee
chocolate frosting

Methods

1. Preheat oven at 350 F. 
2. Combine all solid ingredients
 (flour, salt,sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder) 
3. Pour the vegetable oil, milk, vanilla then mix.
4. Add instant coffee with boiling water then mix together.
5. Pour it to your prepare baking pan.
5. Cooking Time 20- 25 minutes


Mongo Ukoy

The Ukoy recipe shown here is made of mongo bean.Usually in the Philippines some ukoy are made of squash, potato,banana heart , turnip and mongo sprout, but this time I use mango bean.


INGREDIENTS

1 Cup of mongo bean
1 clove of garlic
1 clove of onion
2 chop tomato
1 cup ground chicken
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch
salt and pepper to taste
1 sachet ginisa mix
shrimp (optional)
cooking oil for frying
1 cup of water
Sauce
Garlic,vinegar , salt and pepper

METHODS

1. You need to boil the mango bean until they are soft.
2. In a sauce pan with hot oil put together the onion, garlic, tomato, ground chicken,
 mongo bean and ginisa mix. When they already cook, set aside.
4. In a medium bowl put flour, corn starch , water ,salt and pepper, then mix.
 When it done, combine the the batter to the cooked mango bean.
6. Then form a circle. ( you can use ice cream scoop ).
7. Fry it until toasted and golden brown.
8. For the sauce combine the vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper

Misua with Meat Balls

This is  one of my favorite viands. My mom always cook it for me.
Actually you can cook as many recipe as you you like using Misua. But for now, I used 
meat balls in this recipe.


INGREDIENTS

2 packs of Misua
10 roll of meat balls
2 pcs tomato chop
1 pc onion chop
1 pc small ginger chop
1 tsp parsley
1tsp fish sauce
1 cup of water
1 tbsp knor seasoning
1tbsp oil

METHODS

 In boiling oil, put onion, ginger,tomato and meat balls.
 Add water, mishua, knor seasoning and fish sauce then the parsley.
 Wait until the misua becomes soft.

Baked Cream Dory

Every time I go to Walter Mart Supermarket in Guiguinto,
I  buy Cream Dory because its always in buy 1 take 1. But the problem is, the only recipe I know is for Fish Fillet . So I tried  searching for a new recipe and found this one: Bake Cream Dory. 


INGREDIENTS

3 medium size of cream dory
1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of black pepper
5 clove of garlic
1 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cup of mayonaise
1 cup quick melt cheese
spinach

Stuffed Squid


Try this new recipe of Squid... 
Its very delicious and easy to prepare. Your family will surely love it.


INGREDIENTS

5 medium size of squid 
Marinade
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
Stuffing
1 cup beef giniling
1 cup chop onion
1 cup tomato
1 sachet ginisa mix
1 tbsp knorr seasoning

METHODS

1.Mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, chili flakes, 
onion, garlic powder, sugar and lemon juice.
2. Add the squid and marinade it for at least 30 minutes.
3. For the stuffing, mix together the beef giniling, onion, tomato, ginisa mix and knorr seasoning. Then put  inside the squid.
5. Preheat oven to 350 F
6. Cooking Time :20- 25 minutes.


Cheese Cupcakes

 Cheese Cupcakes is one of the specialties in Pasalubong Bake Shop in Pulilan Bulacan 
because of the natural flavor of cheese that surely you will love.

So I tried  making my own version of cheese cupcakes and here is the recipe.


INGREDIENTS

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup quick melt cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
300 g condensed milk
1/2 granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter

Buko Pie

Buko Pie is a traditional Filipino baked young - coconut custard pie.
 It is considered a specialty in the City of Los Banos Laguna

INGREDIENTS

Crust
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of butter
1 to 2 table spoon ice cold water
2 egg yolk

Filling
2 cups of coconut meat
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup evaporated  milk
1 cup of sugar

Chicken with Mushroom Sauce


Try this Chicken with Mushroom Sauce.


INGREDIENTS

2 pcs. chicken breast
1 sachet cream of mushroom
1 small can of mushroom buttons
1 pc. small onion (chop)
1 pc. garlic (chop)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter melted
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of water

METHODS

1. In a small pan put olive oil and butter, let it hot.
2. Cut chicken breast into small pcs.
3.  Spread salt and pepper to the chicken.
4. Put onion ,garlic  and mushroom buttons
5. Put chicken in the pan and mix it together
6. Put water and cream of mushroom.
7. Wait until the chicken is completely cook

Butter Cookies


You can try this butter cookies recipe. 
This cookies is very easy to make and delicious 




You can also put topping you like to be more 
special.

   

INGREDIENTS

250g butter, softened
140g caster sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
300g plain flour

METHODS

1.In the small bowl mix the butter, sugar,egg yolk, vanilla extract and flour.
2.  Shape the dough to your prepared shape
3. Preheat oven to 350 F for 10 to 15 minutes until the cookies turns to golden brown.
4. put topping you like.

Chicken Rosemary

If you want something new in cooking chicken. Try this recipe!


INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp of rosemary 
Whole Small Chicken ( you can also cut it if you want)
4 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder

METHODS

1. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika,onion ,salt,thyme,white pepper, rosemary and garlic powder.
2. Rub each chicken inside and out with spice mixture.
3. Place chickens in a resealable bag or double wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 to 6 hours.
3. Put it in Turbo Broiler with 250 F then cook it for 2hrs



Beef Ampalaya with Mushroom


Try this Beef Amplaya with Mushroom. It's very easy to prepare and your family will surely enjoy it.


INGREDIENTS

2 pcs ampalaya 
1/4 beef (giniling)
1 small can of Mushroom Buttons
1 sachet ginisa mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup of water

Note: Remove the seeds of ampalaya and cut it into small pcs.
