I made this cake for my hubby!
INGREDIENTS
Fondant
450 g Marshmallows
1 kilo icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 -5 tbsp of water
Crisco shortening

Chocolate Cake
2 cups of sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
3/4 Hershey cocoa powder
1 tbsp of vanilla
1 cup of milk
1 cup boiling water with 1 tsp of instant coffee
chocolate frosting
Methods
1. Preheat oven at 350 F.
2. Combine all solid ingredients
(flour, salt,sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder)
3. Pour the vegetable oil, milk, vanilla then mix.
4. Add instant coffee with boiling water then mix together.
5. Pour it to your prepare baking pan.
5. Cooking Time 20- 25 minutes
