Plain and Chocolate Yema Cake






INGREDIENTS

For cake

1 cup cake flour
1/4 cup of sugar
1 egg whites
1/2 tbsp fine salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup of sugar for egg whites
3/4 tsp vanilla

For Frosting

1 cup of butter
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 tsp vanilla

For  Yema Filing

6 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
1 cup of butter

METHODS

For the cake

Preheat oven to 375 F. 
In a bowl, combine cake flour and 1/4 cup of sugar then set aside.

Pour the egg whites into the mixing bowl of an electric mixer
add salt and cream of tartar. Beat at medium speed
until frothy. Gradually add 1 cup sugar while continuing
to beat egg whites at medium speed.

After adding all the sugar, continue to beet egg whites at
high speed until egg whites are stiff but not dry.

Using a rubber scraper, add vanilla and fold flour mixture into beaten
egg whites in 3 portion.

Then, bake for 30 minutes.

For frosting

In a mixing bowl attached to the mixer, 
place the butter and powder sugar
then put the egg whites and 
continue beating until fluffy.

For custard

In a sauce pan, cook butter condensed and egg yolks
mix it until its look sticky
then let it cool




Homemade Langonisa


INGREDIENTS

1/4  ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp of  anito powder
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of chopped garlic
1 tsp pepper

METHODS

Mix all the ingredients.
 Rolled the mixture using your clean hands 
 then fry.

Avocado Cashew Cake


INGREDIENTS

For cake

2 cups of cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 stick butter
1/2 cup of sugar
750 ml avocado ice cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt

For frosting

2 stick of butter
1 cup powder sugar
1 egg yolk

For toppings

Cashew nuts

METHODS

Combine  cake flour, salt & baking powder then set aside.
In a medium bowl , beat butter, sugar and eggs.
Add 1/2 of flour mixture and 1/2 of avocado ice cream, then mix using
stand mixer,  put the other half of flour and  avocado ice cream beat until 
all ingredients are well combine 

Preheat oven at 350 F
Baking Time: 20-30 minutes

Mango Graham Cake with Nuts





INGREDIENTS

For cake

2 cups of cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 stick butter
1/2 cup of sugar
750 ml selecta mango graham ice cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt

For frosting

2 stick of butter
1 cup powder sugar
1 egg yolk

For toppings

nuts

METHODS

Combine  cake flour, salt & baking powder then set aside.
In a medium bowl , beat butter, sugar and eggs.
Add 1/2 of flour mixture and 1/2 of selecta ice cream, then mix using
stand mixer,  put the other half of flour and  selecta ice cream beat until 
all ingredients are well combine 

Preheat oven at 350 F
Baking Time: 20-30 minutes







Rosemary and Pepper Roasted Chicken




INGREDIENTS

1 whole chicken
McCormick rosemary and pepper chicken seasoning

METHODS 

Clean the whole chicken.
Spread the McCormick rosemary and pepper seasoning.
Bake the whole chicken inside the turbo broiler 
to 250 F for 30 minutes.

Banana Strawberry Cake


For a change I bake cake with fresh fruits on top.



INGREDIENTS

For cake

1/ 1/2 cups cake flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 ts salt
1/2 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup oil
6 eggs yolks
3/4 cup of water
1/2 tsp vanilla
8 eggs white
1/4 cream of tartar
3/4 white sugar

For frosting

1 cup of butter
4 eggs whites
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup of powder sugar

For toppings

strawberry and banana

METHODS

 Preheat oven to 350 F, in a large bowl combine cake flour,
 baking powder, salt and white sugar.

Add oil, egg yolks, water, and vanilla, beat with an electric mixer until
smooth, about 30 minutes

In mixing bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy. 
Gradually add sugar and beat until billowy.
Fold 1/3 of whites into the egg yolk mixture, then
quickly fold in remaining whites until no steak remain.

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes
