My Pork Cordon Bleu


Its only my experiment. The initial recipe was chicken cordon bleu,
 but I don't have chicken, so i used pork.. 


INGREDIENTS

10 pcs Pork belly (cut very thin) 
1 cup flour
1 cup bread cramps
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
cheddar cheese
ham
carrots

METHODS

Cut the cheddar cheese,carrots and ham into small parts,
 then put it inside the pork and roll it, after that,
 dip it in flour, eggs and bread cramps
 with Parmesan cheese and fry it.

Fried Chicken Ala Max

I love to eat fried chicken in Max's Restaurant because it tastes delicious and crunchy.
 Even my son and husband like it so much. 
So i tried searching it in web engine and gladly found this recipe...


INGREDIENTS

4 laurel leaves
2 tbsp parsley
5 cups of water
6 chicken legs 
salt and pepper to taste

METHODS

Steam chicken in boiling water with laurel and parsley leaves, 
if already cooked, remove the chicken steam chicken .
 Then, put salt and pepper, then fry it.Promise ,
 the taste is almost similar to max fried chicken.

My Blueberry Cheesecake

Some people think blueberry cheese cake is hard to make. But i'm so proud that i made one! look at the result.

My Blueberry Cheesecake


INGREDIENTS

Crust
2 cups graham cracker
1 tbs sugar
pinch of cinnamon
pinch salt
6 tbs melted butter
Filling
8 oz cream cheese room temperature
5 eggs 
2 egg yolk
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp grated orange zest


My Pondant Chocolate Cake


Honestly, making this fondant chocolate cake is very difficult for me because I don’t have the right equipment for this recipe. Just because I’m so excited, I just did it. Hopefully, next time, I will be able to bake a fondant chocolate cake with the texture of the icing as smooth as possible. I just realized that baking is not that easy. You need to learn more, follow the instructions carefully, and use the right equipment's as possible. But despite of that, I’m so happy because the taste of this cake is very good.

INGREDIENTS

For Fondant Icing
450 g  marshmallow
2 tbsp of water
1 tsp vanilla extract
 Drop gel food color
Put the gel food color
 Chocolate Moist Cupcakes
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all- purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract

* Preheated oven to 350 Fahrenheit
30-40 minutes

My Blueberry Cheesecake Cupcakes


 After  I chilled it overnight inside a refrigerator .
this is the result.


Now ready to put toppings!
 I'm not good in decorating cupcakes...
 but i think it 's fine!
 because i don't have any training in
baking industry.
.hopefully someday i can perfectly decorate all my cupcakes...

Caramel Cupcakes

1 cup butter unsalted at room temperature
1 cup unrefined light muscovado sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 cup self -raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
For toppings: ready made caramel frosting

      Chocolate Moist Cupcakes

2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all- purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
For topping: ready made chocolate icing

* Preheated oven to 350 Fahrenheit
3-5 minutes

Red Velvet Cupcakes


Is a cake with either a dark red, bright red or red brown color. It is traditionally prepared as a layer cake topped with cream cheese or cooked roux icing.

1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted
4 tbsp no taste food coloring
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups whole milk
3 1/4 cups all - purpose flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
For Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting
6 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
4 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 cups confectioner sugar
flower icing sprinkle (optional)

* Preheated the oven to 350 Fahrenheit
3-5 minutes
