Yema is a type of custard candy made from egg yolks and condensed milk.
This is a common Filipino dessert and one of the easiest to make.
In this recipe I put the yema inside the bun, that's why I called it a " Yema Bun"

INGREDIENTS
Bun
4 cups of bread flour
1/4 cup of white sugar
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp of salt
1/1/2 tbsp of active yeast
1 1/2 cup of water
Yema
300 g condensed milk
6 egg yolks
1 tsp of vanilla
Methods
1.In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast ,salt, vegetable oil ,
sugar and 3 cups of bread flour
Mix thoroughly.
2. Gradually add 1 cup of flour, kneading until smooth.
3. Then place the dough in a greased bowl and turn it several times to coat.
4. Cover it with plastic or towel. Allow to rise until doubled.
5. Using the rolling pin flatten the dough.
6. Shape the in circle form..
7.( For the yema) combine the condensed,
egg yolk and vanilla, mix until become thick and sooth and let it cool.
8. In a flatten circle dough put 1 tsp of yema
inside and form it like a ball.
9. bake at 350 F for 20 -30 mins
