Ube is one of the favorite desserts in the Philippines. In every fiesta or any other occasions, ube or halaya is the one you will see in the table.
So to make it more special, I made UBE CUPCAKES
using my own recipe.
INGREDIENTS
Cake
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
2 tsp ube flavor with food color
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of ube yum
For Froasting
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 ube yum
2 cups powder sugar
Preahet oven at 350 F
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
