Mango Cake

Mango fruit is an excellent source of vitamin A that helps in increasing the bodies immunity to fight infections and keeps our eyes moist. So I made this one for my family.


INGREDIENTS

2 cups cake flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
2 tsp mango flavoring (optional)

For the frosting

1 cup unsalted butter, at room temp.
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups powder sugar
mango fruits cut into cubes

Preheat oven at 350 F.
 Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
