Cream Puff


My first trial of CREAM PUFF with yema yum inside and honey glaze on top.


INGREDIENTS

1 cup of water
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 stick of butter
1 pitch of salt
yema 
 1 tbsp honey 
1/2 cup of sugar

Preheat oven @ 400 F
Cooking Time: 25 to 30 minutes
