This Filipino dessert is very tricky in making this because you need a lots of energy in mixing all the ingredients using mixer, but its alright ! its well worth your effort once you taste it.
INGREDIENTS
8 egg yolks, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cornstarch
300 ml condensed milk
300 ml water
8 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
Pour condensed milk, water, corn starch and egg yolk in small heating pan.
Then, continuous mixing until the yema become thick.
Meringue
Beat egg white until foamy,add the vanilla and cream of tartar
Gradually add sugar while continuously mixing the egg whites.

mix until stiff.
preheat oven at 350 f for 4 minutes or until the top is almost brown
then, let it cool and put yema topping on top.
